ON 6/26/19 I ORDER PARTS #31253385 & #8650054. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY ORDER CONFIRMATION AND AN EMAIL FROM Nick Mendoza ASKING FORM MY REGISTRATION OF THE CAR AND LICENSE WHICH I SENT. THEN ON 07/01/19 I GET AN EMAIL THAT MY ORDER IS ON HOLD LELAND TAYLOR EMAILS ME LETTING ME KNOW THAT THEY NEED MY VIN WHICH I RESPONDED LETTING KNOW THAT I HAD SENT AN EMAIL TO Nick Mendoza BACK ON 06/26/19 WHEN I ORDER THE PART. I DID GET MY PART BUT DEFECTED, PART #31253385 DOES NOT HAVE TREAT FOR THE BOLTS/SREWS FOR PART #8650054 TO LATCH. I EMAIL LELAND TAYLOR ONCE AGAIN AND I HAVE AN EMAIL WHERE HE STATES IT IS A "VOLVO GOOF. VERY SORRY. I WILL REORDER ANOTHER." ON 07/08/19. I EMAIL LELAND TAYLOR ON TUESDAY 07/16/19 TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY UPDATES ON THE NEW PART ORDER AND TILL THIS DAY NO RESPONDS. I HAVE CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PART, THAT I GOT EMAIL TO PROOF THAT LELAND TAYLOR WAS GOING TO REORDER A NEW ONE SINCE IT WAS VOLVO'S ERROR. I AM HOPING THAT SOMEONE GETS BACK TO ME SOON WITH AN UPDATE ON MY NEW PART.
